How do I show up to my appointment?

To ensure the best results, please arrive with day 1 or day 2 fully dry hair. Please style your hair with little to no product and do not wear any tight tension styles that will change your natural hair pattern.

Deposit, Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-show policies:

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total of your service after completion.*

  2. Free Cancellation & Rescheduling: Enjoy free cancellation and rescheduling anytime until 48 hours before your appointment.*

  3. Reschedule 48 Hours in Advance: If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a 25% rescheduling fee based on the total service.

  4. Cancel Within 48 Hours of Appointment: Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service.

  5. Same-Day No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service.

We understand that situations arise and we are happy to work with you within these guidelines. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your appointment.

*If rescheduling within the 48 hour time frame, you may only reuse your deposit once.
